Week 9 Start 'Em / Sit 'Em

You know the drill…so here it goes for week 9:

Please do not start anyone that is on a bye week…that would be anyone from the Buffalo (3-5), Minnesota (7-1), NY Jets (4-4), Oakland (2-6), St. Louis (1-7) and Cleveland (1-7).

This is the King’s list and may not directly correlate to the individual game prognostications.  8-Ball detailed out the 13:00 games, I had the rest.  These are who I am playing or not... 

Skins @ Falcons:  I am not a big fan of this one for fantasy.  The Skins D is better than given credit.  Some calling for a blow out but not me.  Of course you start Turner, White and Gonzo but I sit everyone else in this one.

Chiefs @ Jaguars:  Decent week for the Jags offense.  MJD, Sims-Walker…I like them a lot.  Also like Garrard if your other QB is on bye week.  I sit all my Chiefs but Bowe this week.  I am not overly fond of Charles in this one.  Use him only in a pinch.  TE Mercedes Lewis is a fine play here.

Fins @ Pats:  Nice week for Pats passing game.  Play them all.  Sit the backs from the Pats as the Fins are solid against the run.  Brown remains the only sure play for the Fins, but Ricky is also a solid start against the Pats.  Sit the rest of the Fins.

Houston @ Indy:  This is a good fantasy game.  If you have ‘em start ‘em in this one.  Moats was the hot free agent wire pick up this week.  Play him and Slaton…both could do enough to warrant a start as Slaton remains a nice play in PPR leagues.

Ravens @ Bengals:  I think they score more this time around.  I play Palmer and Flacco, Rice and Benson, and Mason and Ocho.  The rest are risky in this one.

Zona @ Bears:  This game could also be a solid fantasy one.  I play ‘em if I got ‘em in this one. 

Packers @ Buccs:  This may sound weird, but I like D. Ward in this one…so play him if you have a need.  Packers are all good plays here.  I sit the rest of the Buccs.

Lions @ Hawks:  If you have a Hawk (including Branch) start them this week.  Avoid the Lions if you can.

Panthers @ Saints:  Smith and Deangelo are nice plays.  Also Stewart is a fine play if you have a bye.  As always start your Saints as you normally would.  Not Meachem or Moore…Henderson looks too good right now.

Titans @ Niners:  Chris Johnson is the only Titan that would play for me.  Crabtree should have a nice day and so should Gore and Davis.  I sit the rest.

Chargers @ Giants:  Another fantasy dream I think.  Play the 3 Giant WR, Vincent and Malcom, LT, Gates, Jacobs & Bradshaw.  If you need a TE, then Boss might have another good game but I wouldn’t expect too much. 

Cowboys @ Philly:  Play ‘em if you got ‘em.  A great fantasy game!

Steelers @ Broncos:  I like the Steelers…don’t like the Broncos.  I probably have to play Scheffler and Marshall if I owned them.
