"Fantasy Football isn't just a game; it is pride, smack talking and being able to stick out your chest at your co-worker or boss, a best friend, a brother, an uncle or any other relative, foe, neighbor or know-it-all." -- Tod "FFLKING" Brooks

Week 9 Waiver Wire Wonders (Updated 11/03):

Don't wait too long for these gems...

Pick 'Em Up

If these guys would be on the bottom of your list and you feel there are better options out there...send 8-Ball or myself the folks that are out there on your waiver wires and who you are considering dropping and we can help you make the call...

In deeper leagues here is who I would consider grabbing to fill in for a bye week....

Vince Young -- he might get you some points on the ground...might run in a few touchdowns for ya.  Not the best of options but better than most others out there.

Ryan Moats -- Likely to be a hot commodity after last week and Slaton's benching...although it may not be clear his role right now, Moats is worth taking a shot on in case it remains a heavy workload.

Deion Branch -- Offers a nice plug in with potential to score a TD for you.

Fred Davis -- A decent tight end option in the passing game that relies heavily on the TE position, solid receiver that cannot be trusted much blocking...

Justin Gage -- Looks to be more involved.  Many might have given up on him.

Dwayne Jarrett -- Carolina might have to pass the ball to keep up with New Orleans.  The focus might be on stopping Steve Smith if they do, someone else might have to catch a few balls.

Malcom Floyd -- A decent deep threat for San Diego and might put up some points.

Again if you are not in a deep league, and there are folks out there you are interested in...send us a note and we can help you decide.
