"Fantasy Football isn't just a game; it is pride, smack talking and being able to stick out your chest at your co-worker or boss, a best friend, a brother, an uncle or any other relative, foe, neighbor or know-it-all." -- Tod "FFLKING" Brooks

Week 3 Waiver Wire Wonders (Updated 9/22):

Don't wait too long for these gems...

Pick 'Em Up

Chaz Schilens (Oakland - WR) -- Stays on the list from last week...If he is still out there nab him! He was injured in pre season, was starting to become the talk of camp.  He is the real deal.  He may not play this week, but it's coming.  He will contribute this year in a big way and will become a staple in many a Fantasy Football line-up this year.  Great flex option and the only one in the receiving game in Oakland.  Someone in your league will own him soon...

Bobby Wade (KCC - WR) -- Stays on the list from last week...Cassel is sure to sling the rock in this offense...plenty of room for a solid receiver who caught over 100 balls last couple of years...worth a shot.

Mike Sims-Walker (Jax - WR) -- Last week I said "I still think he is going to do something."  Well he did and you better grab him now that Williamson is out for the year...if you didn't listen to me before...please do so now!

Julian Edelman (Neng - WR) -- Clearly an option in New England if Welker misses time.  Went 8 for 98 last week.  If he keeps this up could he take Galloway out?  Worth a shot.

Johnny Knox (Chi - WR) -- Looks like Cutler got an eye on him...worth a shot.

Justin Forsett (Sea - RB) -- With Hasselbeck out and Julius injured a bit (not sure how bad) the Hawks are going to rely on the run more...

Miles Austin (Dal - WR) -- I have never been a big Crayton fan and believe that Austin is a gamer.  Crayton cannot continue to drop passes in the bread basket and continue to play.

Rian Lindell (Buf - K) -- What, a kicker on the list?  Well this cat is ranked #2 right now and has done a lot better than your kicker, so why not drop that scrub and pick this guy up before the bye weeks come and you are stuck with another scrub!

Joe Nedney (SFO - K) -- Just in case Lindell is already gone, you mind as well settle for the #3 kicker so far...

Byron Leftwich (TBB - QB) -- He is likely in your top 5 QB right now.  Their defense gives up points by the bunches.  They like to throw a lot to the backs...it is worth it to have him as a back up.
