Bengals @ Ravens
Sunday (10/11  1:00 Eastern)
The Ravens at home are dangerous.  A big day for Flacco and Rice and redemption for a loss last week.  The Bengals are in trouble in this one from the get go.  The King is 8-0 on Ravens' lines this year…soon to be 10-0 baby!

Buccs @ Eagles
Sunday (10/11  1:00 Eastern)
The Eagles will dominate at home…the Buccs will be lucky to score.  Expect solid production from the Eagle staples and a respectable day from McCoy and a big day for Philly's defense.  Who needs 2 weeks to prepare for the Buccs this year?  Enough said!

Browns @ Bills
Sunday (10/11  1:00 Eastern)
Believe it or not, the Browns win their first game by continuing to push the Bills into a death spiral.  Braylon Edwards comes out against controversy and instead of thinking about missing catches, is thinking about jail time.  Anderson, although throwing to Edwards cost him his job, cannot help but throw it to the wide open receiver for a couple easy scores.  The Bills disappoint again...Wings are the only thing in Buffalo worth a nickel come Sunday!

The Lions are not ready for a Super bowl defender and the Steelers do not let them back in the game.  A big day all around for any Steeler on the field.

Redskins @ Panthers
Sunday (10/11  1:00 Eastern)
What a horrible game…no sense in watching this one!  The Panthers pull out their first win of the year, but only because the Skins can't score…a mediocre performance across the board from all involved.

Cowboys @ Chiefs
Sunday (10/11  1:00 Eastern)
The game will be entertaining to say the least…the battle of former well thought of Quarterbacks…Cassel vs. Romo.  I am just asking myself why I get stuck calling the Chiefs' games every week…but I say they keep it close as I expect Barber to sit…they might even pull off the upset here but I am not as bold as 8-Ball to call it this week!
Cowboys Chiefs

Raiders @ Giants
Sunday (10/11  1:00 Eastern)
It doesn't really matter if Manning plays, so why would they play him?  Carr will do just fine handing the ball off to Jacobs and Bradshaw and throwing just enough to keep them honest.  They only need a touchdown to win the game…expect nothing from the Raidas this week in New York!...unless Al Davis listens to the King and puts Grad in...and then...just maybe they will put up a few more points...

Vikings @ Rams
Sunday (10/11  1:00 Eastern)
The Vikings are going to get back to running and running and running this week.  The Monday night Favre spectacular is a thing of the past and with no real threat of a score from the Rams, expect big days from both Peterson and Taylor.

Falcons @ 49'ers
Sunday (10/11  4:05 Eastern)
Atlanta comes off the bye week with a visit to San Francisco.  This should be one of the more entertaining games of the week as the Falcons skill players do battle with the tough Niners Defense.  I have been waiting for Roddy White to break out and think this might be the venue to do it.  Turner will find it tough to run forcing Ryan to air it out.  On the Niners side of the ball, you can expect to see Coffee touch the ball early and often against the Falcons Defense.  At the final gun, Atlanta will pull a close victory out.
Falcons 49'ers
Ryan : 275/2/1 Hill : 230/1/1
Turner : 65 rush Gore : DNP

Texans @ Cardinals
Sunday (10/11  4:15 Eastern)
The Cardinals come off the bye week licking their chops at the Texans at home.  Warner connects with Fitz and Boldin early and often.  Larry Fitzgerald will lead all receivers this week in scoring!  Schaub will be pitching the rock early and often to keep up with the Texans defense.
Texans Cardinals
Schaub : 280/3/2 Warner : 305/3/1

Patriots @ Broncos
Sunday (10/11  4:15 Eastern)
The most overrated 4-0 team in history will meet its match this week!  The Brady and Moss connection gets unleashed this week against the Broncos.  Orton will be put into a position where he will have to throw the ball.  Moreno (Check his groin, Buckhalter with sprained ankle is uncertain), Sheffler, and Marshall are plays this week.
Patriots Broncos
Brady : 290/3/0 Orton : 275/2/1

Jaguars @ Seahawks
Sunday (10/11  4:15 Eastern)
The Jaguars come off an impressive win against the Titans, while the Hawks have struggled without Hasselback the past 2 weeks.  The Jags have been inconsistent and the Hawks are too talented to lose their 3rd straight.  Garrard is quickly working his way into the top echelon of qb's.  On the Seattle side expect a good day from Julius Jones as well as Wallace or Matty.  Make sure you check the injury status of Hasselback this week as my guess is he will rest to take advantage of the bye next week.  In the end I like the Hawks to win at home putting the Jags back in place.
Jaguars Seahawks

Colts @ Titans
Sunday (10/11 8:20 Est)
This is the toughest game I have to call this week.  Can the Titans really start the season 0-5?  I think Fisher circles the wagons and rebounds enough to keep it close.  Look for Manning to lead a last second drive with a field goal to pull the win out in a close contest.
Colts Titans
Manning : 300/2/0 Collins : 270/2/1
Addai : 35rush, 3/30 rec Johnson : 125/1 rush

Jets @ Dolphins
Monday (10/12 -MNF- 8:30 Eastern)
On paper this looks like a poor Monday night game!  The Jets look to rebound against a Fins squad with Henne at the helm.  Look for Gang Green to make the wildcat look like a pussycat this week as they put 8 men in the box to stop Brown.  The Jets play conservative on offense and allow their defense to stop the Fins in a low scoring game.
Jets Dolphins
